Retreats

From the 2011 retreat, organised by Very Rev. Archimandrite Sophronios Konidaris (college chaplain), at 'The Tops Conference Center,' Stanwell Tops. Students from left to right: Dimitrios Marcou. Mario Baghos (faculty), Vasilios Le Couliard, Stefan Mastilovic, George Vrionis, Efstratios Makris.
Each year St Andrew's organises retreats for its residential students, often involving a spiritual theme for reflection. The retreat is usually organised by the senior students (fourth years) who arrange the practicalities (i.e. accomodation, transport, activities and games) and choose a guest speaker, often a graduate of the college, to shed light on the theme. Past retreats have taken place at Colloroy and Stanwell Tops, and have provided ample opportunity for the students to bond and enjoy their fellowship in a more relaxed setting. Retreats take place in the second semester of each year.
