St Andrew's Greek Orthodox Theological College delivers the following Sydney College of Divinity accredited courses of study:

| Graduate | Graduate Certificate in Arts, Graduate Diploma of Arts, Master of Arts |
| Postgraduate | Master of Theology |
Application and enrolment into the aforementioned coursework programs is made through the Registrar.
St Andrew's also offers supervision for Sydney College of Divinity higher research awards in selected disciplines. Application and enrolment for higher research awards is made directly through the Office of the Dean of the Sydney College of Divinity.
