Current and prospective church volunteers (e.g. Scripture Teachers, Sunday School Teachers, Parish Committee, Ladies Auxiliary, Chaplaincy Volunteers) may apply for admission into the Diploma of Christian Studies or the Graduate Diploma of Theological Studies (by on-campus weekly classes and/or distance education) with the support of a scholarship from St Andrew’s.
Such persons must submit a complete application for admission and include a reference letter from their parish priest which clearly describes their volunteer role.
All normal entry criteria for the Diploma of Christian Studies or the Graduate Diploma of Theological Studies must be satisfied. An entrance test (e.g. short assignment, online quiz) may be required of those seeking admission under Mature Age or Special Entry provisions for the Diploma.
The 3rd Theology Symposium on
'The Importance of Christology for the 21st Century', was held at the College on 20-21st September 2019 and was a great success!
