Mental Health and Support

If you are experiencing mental health issues, sometimes it can help to speak with someone anonymously.

The following are services that other people have found useful that you can contact by phone, email, text or face to face who can offer you support.  Sometimes online peer support isn't always the best option for support, especially if you are really struggling.

Is your life in danger?
If you have seriously harmed yourself, call 000 for an ambulance or go straight to your nearest emergency department. Or ask someone else to call 000 or take you to the hospital.

If your life isn’t in danger but you need urgent support, call your doctor and ask for an emergency appointment.
